Please read this document carefully before using the 10w50 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the 10w50 platform—including the website, mobile app, and related services—you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to continue using the platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you as the user and 10w50 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of your place of residence.
- Use of the platform by individuals outside Malaysia is solely the user’s responsibility.
Account Creation and Security Responsibility
Account Registration
Each user is allowed only one active account. Information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. 10w50 reserves the right to verify user identity at any time, especially before processing the first withdrawal.
Password Security
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility unless there is clear evidence of unauthorized access.
Identity Verification
Identity verification may be required before the first withdrawal or if suspicious activity is detected on the account. Requested documents may include a copy of your identification card or other relevant supporting documents.
One Account Per User
Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in suspension or closure of all related accounts without prior notice.
Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 10w50 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and belong to them.
Accepted Deposit Methods
The platform accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, FPX, direct bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank, and other major Malaysian banks), as well as approved local e-wallet methods. Deposits are usually credited within minutes after a successful transaction.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or e-wallets registered in the user’s name. 10w50 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times range from one to three working days depending on the chosen method.
Unauthorized Transactions
Any attempt at fraud, falsification of payment information, or use of unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account closure and legal action as applicable.
Platform Usage Rules and Liability Limits
Prohibited Usage
Users are prohibited from using the 10w50 platform for any illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, identity fraud, use of automated software (bots) to access or exploit the platform, and any form of system manipulation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 10w50 platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, user interfaces, and software code—is the property of 10w50 or its licensors. You are prohibited from copying, distributing, or reusing this content without prior written permission.
Liability Limits
10w50 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including losses due to service interruptions, technical failures, or decisions based on information provided. We strive to ensure uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee 100% availability at all times.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. 10w50 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such third-party sites. Using these links is at the user’s own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
10w50 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- User has violated one or more parts of these Terms and Conditions.
- There is reasonable evidence or suspicion that the account is involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activities.
- User has registered multiple accounts.
- User fails to verify their identity when requested.
- Information provided during registration was found to be inaccurate or false.
If an account is closed for reasons unrelated to violations, any remaining balance will be returned to the user after verification. In confirmed violation cases, 10w50 reserves the right to withhold funds subject to investigation and legal proceedings.
Changes to These Terms
10w50 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via notice on the platform. Continued use after such notice constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. This agreement is governed by Malaysian law, and any disputes will be resolved within Malaysian jurisdiction.
